RCI Hospitality Holdings acquired the Cheetah Gentlemen’s Club in Hallandale Beach for $25 million. The Houston-based owner of 52 strip clubs (Nasdaq: RICK) said it acquired the Cheetah for $10 million in cash and $15 million in seller financing, which comes due in 10 years with 6% interest.
